Senior Cisco Wi-Fi Consultant (6-Month Contract, Remote – Canada)

We have an exciting 6-month contract opportunity (with potential extension) for a Senior Cisco Wi-Fi Consultant supporting one of our Toronto-based clients.

The successful consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for all Wi-Fi-related support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of wireless network support by proactively identifying and resolving issues, whether they stem from device drivers, network infrastructure, or other connectivity challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end Wi-Fi support and troubleshooting for end users.
Monitor and maintain wireless network stability and performance.
Investigate and resolve driver, connectivity, and network-related issues.
Support integrations with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
Recommend and help implement improvements related to network visibility, dashboards, automation, AI-driven insights, and overall Wi-Fi operations.

Location: Remote (Qualified candidates must be located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada)
