Senior Change Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager for a contract role in Mississauga for one of our pharmaceutical clients. Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a must have.

Requirements:
🔹 Lead change management efforts for major initiatives, working closely with change leads across the globe.
🔹 Partner with project teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with company frameworks.
🔹 Identify risks and resistance, and implement mitigating activities for stakeholders.
🔹 Develop and execute communications, engagement, and training plans with global teams.

This is a hybrid (3 days onsite), contract, role in Mississauga
