Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst: AI – Digital & Mobile Banking specializing in Mobile Banking and Artificial Intelligence. In this pivotal position within the Digital Technology team, you will spearhead complex initiatives to develop strategic, client-centric solutions aligned with the bank’s enterprise architecture roadmap. Your expertise will drive end-to-end project delivery, supporting new AI-focused initiatives and contributing to cutting-edge digital innovations that enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business partners to gather and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
Facilitate solution design discussions, ensuring proposed solutions meet both business needs and technical feasibility.
Support end-to-end project implementations, providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Develop comprehensive use cases, activity diagrams, and acceptance criteria to streamline development and quality assurance processes.
Coordinate with Solution Architects and Application Consultants to validate and refine solution designs.
Document requirements and work with technical teams to translate these into functional and technical deliverables.
Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Stay engaged with emerging AI and mobile banking trends to incorporate innovative features into project scopes.
Manage expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
Desired Skill-Set
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in financial services.
Proven expertise in mobile banking platforms, API integration, and related technologies.
Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex requirements into technical language and actionable stories.
Experience with use case activity diagrams, user story development, and acceptance criteria.
Technical acumen in web and mobile application development.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications like CBAP are a plus.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working on AI projects.
Familiarity with financial institutions.
Willingness to convert to a full-time role.
Prior experience with APIs and integration strategies.
CBAP certification or equivalent.
Knowledge of design principles involving visualization, models, or digital interfaces.
