We are hiring for the position of RQ11120 – Senior Business Analyst with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
📍 Location: 777 Bay St., Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
📅 Start Date: August 4, 2026
📅 End Date: March 31, 2027 (Extension Possible)
⏰ Duration: 150 Business Days
🕒 Work Hours: 7.25 Hours/Day
🔐 Security Clearance: Not Required

Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience in grooming requirements and preparing work for development teams
✔ Strong experience with Agile project methodology
✔ Expertise in writing clear and concise user stories
✔ Experience managing and refining Product Backlog Items
✔ Requirements documentation experience
✔ Knowledge of system design, development, testing, and implementation
✔ Proficiency in SQL database querying
✔ Experience with API design, integration, and technical requirement definition
✔ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for creating and managing user stories
✔ Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
