Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in Wealth Management? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery oversight across Wealth products including Mutual Funds, Equities, Structured Products, PMS, Custody, Lending, and more.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
◾ Lead business requirement sessions with Wealth Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams.
◾ Create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
◾ Act as SME for Wealth products and provide functional expertise to tech teams.
◾ Define and improve business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).
◾ Collaborate with IT, QA, and vendors to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
◾ Support UAT, SIT, and end-to-end testing.
◾ Ensure adherence to SEBI, MiFID II, FATCA, CRS regulations.
◾ Provide inputs for data migration and system integration.
◾ Mentor junior BAs and guide across projects.
