Must-Have Skills
✔️ Experience developing business strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies for business and I&IT initiatives.
✔️ Experience conducting gap analysis for vendor release upgrades, including business process improvements, solution configuration, reporting, and integration components.
✔️ Strong expertise in business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual/logical data modeling, process & data flow modeling, business rules definition, and non-functional requirements.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
