We are currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support Shared Health initiatives under the Ministry of Health. This role is ideal for experienced healthcare business analysts with strong change management and clinical system implementation experience.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote)
Contract Duration: April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026
Extension: Possible (October to November 2026)
Role Summary
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing current and future state business processes, identifying gaps, supporting organizational change activities, and enabling successful adoption of healthcare information systems. The role involves close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
Mandatory Certifications
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner
Prosci Organizational Change Management
Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis
Candidates without these certifications will not be considered.
Key Experience Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in a business analysis role, including current and future state analysis, gap analysis, and stakeholder recommendations
• 7+ years of change management experience in a healthcare environment, including stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments
• 3+ years of experience in a project management or team lead role, coordinating implementations and managing timelines
• 5+ years of experience creating communication and promotional materials to support adoption of healthcare information systems
• 5+ years of experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite in a clinical environment
• 1+ year of experience developing and delivering training for clinical users
