Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (IBM Maximo) | Toronto (Hybrid) | 6-Month Contract (Extension Potential)

Are you a veteran Business Analyst with deep expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management? Do you excel at mapping complex workflows and bridging the gap between business needs and enterprise IT solutions?

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a critical enterprise project in Toronto. If you have 10+ years of BA experience and a proven track record with Maximo implementations, we want to hear from you!

💼 The Role at a Glance:
Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 6-Month Initial Contract (Plus 6-Month Extension Potential)

Key Requirements: 10+ years as a BA, 2+ years of solid IBM Maximo experience (v7, v8, or v9), and strong BPMN proficiency.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
Drive business analysis support for complex enterprise workflow systems (EWMS/SWMS).
Document comprehensive “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes using BPMN standards.
Manage requirements end-to-end, translating them into JIRA for testing and traceability matrices.
Support QA, test planning, defect triage, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

📋 What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of formal application systems experience performing requirements elicitation, analysis, and workshop facilitation.
2+ years of functional/technical expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / Application Suite.
Deep understanding of asset management processes (preventative maintenance, work orders, contract/vendor management, geospatial/mobile tech).
Solid experience with QA methodologies, test execution, and tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM is a plus).
Public sector experience is a definite asset!
