🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Systems Analyst V (Treasury / Risk / QRM) 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite at 79 Wellington Street West)
📅 Duration: 12-month contract (extension & permanent conversion possible)
🕒 Start: ASAP
We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a large enterprise financial services team supporting a strategic Vendor Integration initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale treasury and risk management solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.
Must-Have Skills
✅ 5–10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
✅ 3+ years implementing, integrating, or supporting QRM or similar Treasury/ALM platforms OR delivering enterprise implementations in financial services, treasury, risk, or other complex data environments
✅ Strong SQL and large-scale data analysis experience
✅ Expertise in data reconciliation, system testing, and validation
✅ Strong process modeling and architecture diagramming skills
✅ Experience with APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and system integrations
✅ JIRA & Confluence expertise in Agile environments
✅ Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Experience using AI-powered tools to improve analysis and documentation
Nice to Have
⭐ Treasury, ALM, FTP, or Interest Rate Risk Management knowledge
⭐ Python, PowerShell, or advanced SQL scripting
⭐ Tableau and/or Power BI
⭐ Data lineage, governance, and source-to-target mapping experience
⭐ 5+ years working in Agile delivery
