I’m currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst role focused on Capital Markets, derivatives IPV, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

🔎 Role focus:
• Work with business and technology stakeholders
• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs for programmers and developers
• Support complex Capital Markets business processes
• Analyze financial reports and support reconciliation/testing activities

✅ Must-have experience:
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Hands-on derivatives IPV / independent price verification experience
• 5+ years of Capital Markets financial products experience
• 5+ years of testing and requirements gathering experience
• Strong MS Office / Excel skills

⭐ Nice to have:
• JIRA / Confluence
• Bloomberg or other market data vendors
• Valuation adjustment exposure
• CPA, MBA, CFA, quantitative background, SQL or coding experience
💡 Strong communication, stakeholder management, time management, and conflict resolution skills are important for this role.
