Senior Business Analyst – Cybersecurity

We are Urgently Hiring For Senior Business Analyst – Cybersecurity Position

Experience: 7+ years
Location: Toronto (Hybrid-3 Days onsite)

What you will need –

-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
-Professional certification(s) in Business Analysis/Process (e.g. CBAP, CBPP) and Agile Methodologies is considered an asset.
-Demonstrated strong understanding of project and program management practices, along with experience in agile methodology.
-Facilitate the requirements gathering process by assessing and analyzing needs from a range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT departments, and other end users.
-Conduct in-depth analysis of existing and future business processes, identifying areas for improvement while aligning them with industry’s best practices.
-Experienced in implementing/enhancing applications and tools including IAM, SIEM, SASE, ServiceNow solutions using JIRA, Confluence, etc.
-Proven experience in facilitating delivery of complex projects with competing priorities.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, testers business stakeholders, and other team members.
-Agility in adapting to new challenges, tools, and methodologies.
Past experience for cloud migration is highly valued.
-A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis type roles.
-Cyber security or information security experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset.
