📢 Hiring: Senior Analyst – Collateral Management (Banking Experience Required)

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Collateral Management with banking experience to join our team!

🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage counterparty credit risk by monitoring client portfolios and handling margin calls
✔️ Work with OTC derivatives, dispute resolution, and margin settlements
✔️ Collaborate with credit, middle office, legal, front office, settlements, and corporate treasury teams
✔️ Help improve processes and reduce risk

🔹 What You Need:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets or Collateral Management (BANKING experience is a must)
✔️ Strong knowledge of OTC Derivatives, Risk Analysis, and Trade Settlements
✔️ Great communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management

🔹 Nice to Have:

➕ Python, SQL, or VBA (for automation and process improvements)
➕ CFA or FRM certification (preferred but not required)
