Senior Agile Delivery Lead / Project Manager

We are Hiring! Senior Agile Delivery Lead / Project Manager This role is a senior-level position that combines the leadership of an expert Scrum Master with the technical and financial oversight of an Agile Project Manager, specifically within the specialized field of ABM/ATM banking. You will be responsible for guiding a technical team through agile practices while actively identifying and removing any roadblocks that prevent them from delivering high-quality software. Because this role requires deep technical understanding, you won’t just facilitate meetings; you will lead technical workshops and work independently of architects to help the team design pragmatic solutions to complex problems. Beyond managing daily ceremonies, you will handle the “big picture” requirements of a major corporate environment, such as forecasting delivery timelines based on team data and tracking project budgets. You must be a strong communicator capable of managing business stakeholders, especially when a project is in trouble. In those moments, you are expected to clearly explain the risks and present a solid plan to get the delivery back on track. Ultimately, you act as the vital link between the developers, the Product Owners, and the Architects. You ensure the team remains productive while coordinating software releases and making sure that everything from security to infrastructure is ready for a successful launch.
