🚨 Contract Opportunity: Scrum Master – CIAM / Ping Identity Migration 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto,
📅 Contract: 3 months initially, with extension potential up to 12 months
💰 Rate: Up to $70/hr Incorp.

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support a mission-critical Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) migration to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (Ping AIC).

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
✅ Track velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, risks, blockers, and sprint commitments
✅ Partner with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, Testers, Architects, Security teams, and Project Managers
✅ Manage cross-team dependencies involving environments, infrastructure, security reviews, integrations, and releases
✅ Remove delivery impediments and improve team predictability and performance
✅ Support migration planning, release readiness, defect triage, and post-launch stabilization
✅ Promote Agile accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Must-Have Experience:
🔹 3+ years of software application delivery experience within Agile environments
🔹 Experience supporting global teams, including teams in Peru and Mexico
🔹 Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe
🔹 Strong application delivery, facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills
🔹 Ability to demonstrate measurable delivery results, such as improved velocity, reduced cycle time, increased predictability, or successful milestone delivery
🔹 Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, CSP, PMI-ACP, SA, SPC, RTE, SSM, or SASM
🔹 Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have:
➕ CIAM, IAM, or regulated-industry experience
➕ Banking or financial-services experience
➕ Spanish or French proficiency
➕ Backlog management and Agile metrics experience
➕ Power BI experience
