Key Requirements:
🔹 Experience leading complex projects using formal Project Management methodologies
🔹 Expertise in project documentation (Project Charters, Work Plans, Schedules, Risk Logs, Status Reports)
🔹 PMP Certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
🔹 3+ years of Healthcare/Clinical environment experience
🔹 Experience with Digital System Implementations, Clinical Workflows, Referral Systems, Scheduling Platforms, etc.
🔹 Strong Stakeholder Management, Requirements Gathering & Change
