Job Description:
Responsibilities:
SuccessFactors PMGM Expertise:
Ø In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management module. Familiarity with various PMGM functionalities, such as goal setting, performance appraisal, feedback management, and performance calibration.
Ø Performance Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance management processes, performance appraisal methodologies, goal setting frameworks, and best practices in feedback and coaching. Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and equal employment opportunity.
Ø Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management configuration tools and modules. Familiarity with performance rating scales, competency frameworks, feedback management tools, and performance analytics within SuccessFactors PMGM.
Ø Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels, including HR professionals, managers, employees, and executives. Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills to analyze performance data, track metrics, and provide meaningful insights.

Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Ø BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education.
Ø Good to have any SAP Certification.
Ø Experienced in 3 End to End implementation project
Ø Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
