Position: Salesforce Developer (Service Voice Cloud Specialist)
📍 Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote)

Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce Developer Certification(s) required.
7+ years of overall Salesforce experience with 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design standards.
Expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Voice Cloud (Amazon Connect).
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Analytics and complex flows configuration.
Integration experience using Boomi, SAP, PowerBI, Workday (or similar enterprise applications).
Exposure to queues, case management, routing, territories, and bulk data changes.
Experience with Commerce Cloud and/or CPQ is highly preferred.
Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow tools.
