Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in CRM Analytics for Salesforce to lead data driven insights and optimize customer relationship management within the Salesforce Analytics domain

Job Description
Utilize advanced CRM Analytics tools to analyze customer data and generate actionable insights Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement Salesforce Analytics solutions Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics Interpret complex datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for business growth Leverage Salesforce Analytics capabilities to enhance customer segmentation targeting and personalization strategies Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce Analytics technologies Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end to end CRM Analytics projects ensuring alignment with business
objectives Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes Monitor and optimize analytics performance and data accuracy Provide expert advice on Salesforce Analytics capabilities and their application to business challenges
