Salesforce Business Analyst

🚀 We’re Hiring: Salesforce Business Analyst for a leading Bank|

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

🕒 Duration: 10-month contract with a strong possibility of extension
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 37.5 hours/week

✅ Must-Have Skills
• 5-7 years of experience as Business Analysis in Agile delivery environments.

• Experience facilitating workshops with senior business stakeholders.

• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills

• 2-3 years of recent experience working on Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements is a must have

Nice-To-Have Skills:

⭐Experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth, or Financial Services.

⭐Previous experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite
