8+ years of experience in RPA development & solution architecture
5+ years of proven experience architecting RPA solutions
Advanced UiPath Certification (minimum 2 delivered projects)
Hands-on with .NET, VB.NET, C#, Python, Java, PowerShell, Unix shell scripting
Familiar with tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere is a plus
Deep understanding of cloud (GCP, Azure) and infrastructure requirements for RPA
Strong experience with integration design and enterprise architecture
