RPA Analyst

Qualifications:
Education: University degree in a related discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or Engineering.
Experience:
3+ years of combined experience in IT, business analysis, or automation.
Hands-on experience in both business process analysis (mapping, current/future state, pain point identification, and optimization) and RPA development.
Proven experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate (cloud and desktop), or other leading RPA tools with proficiency in connectors, flow building, conditions, and integrations.
Strong Python programming skills, SQL expertise, and familiarity with API calls and data manipulation.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
Understanding of industry practices and methodologies like BPMN 2.0, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language.
Ability to adapt and pivot quickly as project and business priorities evolve.
