🚨 Hiring: Release Train Engineer (RTE) – Agile@Scale | Toronto, ON 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
📅 Duration: 12 Months
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours/week

🔹 About the Role
As a Release Train Engineer, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs), driving Program Increment (PI) planning, managing dependencies and risks, and enabling successful delivery across multiple Agile teams. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Release Management teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
🔹 Must-Have Qualifications
✔ 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Agile Release Strategist
✔ Strong experience within Banking or Financial Services environments
✔ Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
✔ Post-secondary education (University degree preferred)
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ SAFe Agilist / Release Train Engineer Certification
⭐ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
⭐ PMP Certification
⭐ Asset Management and Wealth Management experience
⭐ Prior experience within TD or large enterprise banking environments
