Our client is seeking up to eighteen (18) Quality Assurance Automation Developers to support service innovation, program review, and digital transformation initiatives across a large public-sector environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects focused on modernizing digital services that are efficient, effective, and user centered.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about quality engineering, automation, performance optimization, and enabling rapid delivery through scalable testing practices.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Leadership & Digital Service Delivery
Lead and champion quality throughout the delivery lifecycle of digital services.
Design and implement:
System testing
Load and performance testing
Security testing
Ensure testing aligns with evolving user and business needs.
Test Automation & Continuous Delivery
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites.
Coordinate contributions to automated testing frameworks and suites.
Enable rapid, repeatable, and frequent software delivery through automation best practices.
Support CI/CD-aligned testing processes.
Quality Engineering & Best Practices
Promote and support quality practices across teams, including:
Code linting
Test coverage standards
Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Support initiatives related to:
Reusable testing components and frameworks
Test database creation and management
AI-assisted testing practices
Metrics, Reporting & Quality Insights
Support teams in defining and measuring service quality metrics.
Contribute to and coordinate:
Automated metrics collection
Automated report generation
Quality artifacts and reporting deliverables
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a QA Automation Developer in agile or digital transformation environments.
Strong experience creating:
Test plans
Test cases and scenarios
Automated testing frameworks and suites
Hands-on experience with:
System testing
Load/performance testing
Security testing
Experience supporting BDD/TDD methodologies and quality engineering practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional agile teams.
Experience contributing to automation, reusable testing assets, and quality metrics/reporting.
