QA Lead / QA Manager – KYC/AML

Hiring: QA Lead / QA Manager – KYC/AML | Toronto, Canada – Hybrid (2–3 Days Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead / QA Manager with strong KYC/AML domain expertise, Quality Engineering knowledge, and hands-on experience in Python and AI implementations.

Key Requirements
Strong KYC/AML domain knowledge with understanding of regulatory and compliance processes
Knowledge of Quality Engineering (QE) concepts, testing methodologies, and QA best practices
Experience with defect management, test metrics, and Agile delivery processes
Hands-on experience with Python scripting (Mandatory)
Experience working with AI/ML models and AI-driven testing initiatives (Mandatory)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to act as the Toronto Onshore Lead and primary point of contact for KYC engagements
Must be willing to work from the client location 2–3 days per week
