💰 Pay Rate: Up to $50/Hr INC
🕒 Experience: 7+ Years

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Protractor Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in UI test automation for Angular applications.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Protractor, Selenium WebDriver concepts, and automation frameworks, along with the ability to lead automation initiatives and mentor QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead automation strategy and framework development using Protractor
Develop and maintain automated UI test suites for Angular and non-Angular applications
Implement Page Object Model and reusable automation components
Design reliable automation scripts with proper synchronization, waits, and locators
Ensure test stability and maintainability across environments
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
Mentor QA engineers and lead automation best practices
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure product quality
Participate in test planning, estimation, and sprint activities

Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with:
Protractor (Mandatory)
JavaScript / TypeScript
Page Object Model
Handling Angular & Non-Angular pages
Locators, waits, and synchronization techniques
UI automation concepts using Selenium WebDriver

Automation frameworks such as:
Jasmine / Mocha / Cucumber

CI/CD tools such as:
Jenkins
Azure DevOps
GitLab

Version control:
Git
Branching and pull request workflows

Testing Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SDLC / STLC
Test design techniques and defect lifecycle
Regression testing strategies

Leadership & Professional Expectations:
Experience leading automation teams and mentoring QA engineers
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage automation strategy and quality delivery
