Hiring: Project Manager – Workday Implementation / HR Transformation
Location: GTA – Hybrid (TBD)
Duration: July 2026 – July 2027
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Workday Implementation and HR Transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end Workday implementation leadership experience and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise programs involving multiple workstreams, executive stakeholders, system integrators, vendors, governance, risks, timelines, and dependencies.
Key Experience:
• End-to-end Workday implementation / Core HCM
• Large-scale HR Transformation programs
• Data Migration, Integrations, Testing & Deployment
• Payroll and Change Management
• Executive and Steering Committee Management
• System Integrator and Vendor Management
• M&A, Parent Company and Subsidiary Integrations
• Complex and/or unionized environments
Strong Assets: SAP HCM / SAP ECC, ADP Payroll, SAP-to-Workday or SuccessFactors-to-Workday transformation experience.
