• ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change)
• JIRA & Confluence
• ITIL Processes
• SLA/SLO management
• P1/P2 Incident Handling
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage incident triage, prioritization & assignment
• Lead major incident calls (P1/P2)
• Monitor queues, backlog & SLA compliance
• Drive RCA & problem management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
