These roles are ideal for experienced PMs who have delivered complex initiatives across Capital Markets, Wholesale Banking, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Modernization, Regulatory Delivery, Derivatives, Fixed Income, ETD/Futures Operations, and enterprise technology transformation.

1️⃣ Project Manager – Capital Markets / Fixed Income / Settlements & Clearing
This role is best suited for a senior PM with strong Capital Markets delivery experience, especially within settlements, clearing, fixed income, and regulatory-driven initiatives.
Must have:
✅ 8+ years of Project Management experience
✅ 3+ years of Capital Markets experience within settlements and clearing
✅ 3+ years of experience with Fixed Income industry initiatives
✅ Strong risk management and timely escalation skills
✅ Ability to manage high-pressure projects with aggressive regulatory timelines
✅ Strong stakeholder management across business, operations, technology, and senior leadership

2️⃣ Project Manager – Cloud / Infrastructure / Migration / DevOps
This role is ideal for a PM who has led large-scale cloud, infrastructure, migration, platform retirement, or cloud re-platforming projects in an enterprise environment.
Must have:
✅ 8–10 years of Project Management or related industry experience
✅ 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies — GCP preferred, Azure or AWS also relevant
✅ 5+ years of recent experience managing large-scale migration and infrastructure projects
✅ Experience with platform retirement, modernization, or cloud re-platforming
✅ 5–7 years delivering complex software projects, preferably involving CI/CD pipelines or modern DevOps environments
✅ Strong Agile delivery experience, including Scrum ceremonies and Agile project governance

3️⃣ Project Manager – Capital Markets / ETD / Futures Operations / System Integration
This role is ideal for a senior PM with deep Capital Markets / Wholesale Banking experience and strong knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives, Futures Operations, and Operations lifecycle impacts.
Must have:
✅ 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology-enabled change in Capital Markets / Wholesale Banking
✅ Strong working knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives and Futures Operations lifecycle
✅ Experience across middle office, collateral & margin, settlements, clearing, reconciliations, controls, static data, and reporting
✅ Demonstrated experience leading system integration initiatives including platform stand-up/upgrades, interface delivery, dependency management, data mapping, and end-to-end testing
✅ Strong understanding of regulatory, governance, auditability, recordkeeping, and operational risk control requirements within Futures / ETD business lines
✅ Ability to create high-quality documentation including functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and operating procedures
✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to present to multiple levels of leadership for review, alignment, and buy-in
