Role: Project Manager/Leader – Intermediate- Senior
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3 days in office)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Pay Rate – $80/HR on C2C

Description Deliverables:
•             Assist in carrying out project management functions including charter, change requests, and managing the triple constraint of scope/schedule/budget.

Responsibilities:
•             Engaging with stakeholders, ensure all IT services/solutions are designed, planned and activated in a consistent manner, establishing an effective executive governance model, effective PM documentation management, including Charter, Scope doc, work breakdown structures, MS Project plans, PCR (Project Change Request) management, Executive dashboards, summary documentation and other docs leading to the successful outcomes of this project. Proven/strong Executive change management and positioning required.

Must Haves:
•             Proven Enterprise Project Management experience.
•             Effective executive negotiation and communication skills.
•             Proven record in generating executive communication including dashboards, presentations, briefing notes and outcomes.
•             Prior experience as a Scrum master within ITL environment
•             ability to navigate with small teams
•             PM collaterals, Exec dashboard and summaries, proper PCR processes and all relevant documentation pertaining to the triple constraint for project.
