Job Title: RFR-PM-759 – Project Manager (3 month contract)

Working Status: Services will be performed via remote access. Work cannot be performed outside of Canada

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hours per day: 7.75

 

Mandatory Requirements

1. Valid PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification.

2. Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification

 

Skills and Experience

1. 5 years’ experience in end-to-end delivery of provincial healthcare projects that have successfully implemented provincial clinical standards across multiple hospitals.

2. 5 years’ experience managing large-scale healthcare projects including building of supply chain capacity and distribution procedures.

3. 3 years’ experience leading clinical consolidation projects in a healthcare setting, with a focus on reorganizing hospitals to align with new acute and sub-acute models.

4. 3 years’ experience in implementing technology solutions to improve healthcare operations, such as enhancing system access efficiency or automating supply chain processes.

5. 2 years’ experience in managing projects that involve selection and implementation of software packages to deliver clinical functionality in healthcare settings
