✔ Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certification
✔ Valid Project Management Certification (Prince2 or PMI preferred)

🎓 Education Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Health, Science, or Engineering
✔ Proof of degree/certifications required (upload in Bonfire or reference in response)

🛠️ Skills & Experience Requirements
✔ 10+ years leading cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives
Analysis, design, and implementation
Minimum 3 examples (totaling 10 years)
At least 1 example in healthcare
✔ 5+ years leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities
Organizational readiness assessments
Minimum 2 examples (totaling 5 years)
At least 1 example using Prosci methodology
✔ 5+ years leading business transformation initiatives
Best practice adoption
Coaching & mentoring
Quality assurance
Post-implementation impact monitoring
Minimum 2 examples
✔ 5+ years working with clinical stakeholders in healthcare
Requirements gathering & documentation
Business process and solution design
Minimum 2 examples
✔ 1+ year implementing technology solutions in healthcare
