Project Finance Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, design-build firm in Toronto. Think tech-forward, founder-led, 100% employee-owned, and scaling aggressively year over year. This role reports directly to the CFO and sits at the intersection of project finance, FP&A, and systems improvement across two entities.

What you’ll actually own:
Project-level profitability, WIP reporting, and forecasting across a high-volume active project portfolio
Invoicing, month-end, and multi-entity finance operations
Identifying gaps in systems and processes and fixing them
Budget development and three-statement modelling
One direct report

What they’re looking for:
CPA (or equivalent), 5+ years of experience
A proven builder – someone who has implemented tools, processes, or systems from scratch
Background in a project-based business is a strong asset
