Must Have
·        Demonstrate an Advanced level subject matter expertise in contract management and financial management for large scale, complex portfolio of interrelated contracts.
·        Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of interrelated contracts, applying scope and able to articulate/negotiate intent, as well as being able to communicate how all contracts form the baseline of the program.
·        Superior leadership, consultation, negotiation, and relationship management skills; able to create a positive team environment.
·        Experience leading large scale public safety radio projects.
