Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Program Director/Program Manager/ Lead Commercial Lines who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the execution of the CI workstream alongside the Business Execution Lead. This role ensures alignment with overall integration objectives by managing timelines, budgets, risks and interdependencies across functions.  This candidate will oversee the end-to-end transition of end-to-end personal insurance products, policy conversion, and customer data while collaborating with TS, operations, underwriting, finance, actuarial and other impacted areas for integration.

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing an integration plan, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies and providing regular reporting to the Integration Management Office (IMO) and executive leadership.
Ensures the solutions meet both business and technical requirements
Ensures the Delivery Framework and Agile Ways of Working at the client are being adhered to
Serves as a central point of contact for stakeholders, drives decision-making
Escalates appropriately and with urgency

Desired Skill Set:

Knowledge of Commercial Insurance (Specialty, Surety, SMB, Liability)
Understanding of underwriting, claims, distribution, policy and processes
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g. FSRA, OSFI)
Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs
Skilled in project planning, scope management, scheduling, resource management, & budget control
Experience with IMO and Mergers & Acquisitions
Working knowledge of Guidewire (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center)
Experience with data migration, system integration, API & UAT
Ability to work closely with development teams, architecture, DevOps, data teams, QE and Release Management
Proficient in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, DeVon Soft (Aviator Tool)
Familiar with Change Management (ADKAR, Prosci)
Metrics-driven mindset
Demonstrated success in risk management, issue resolution, and dependability tracking
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impacts
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, vendor management and third-party consultants
Ability to manage and lead through ambiguity
