Production Support Analyst

NOW HIRING – Production Support Analyst | Downtown Toronto (Hybrid) 🚨
We’re looking for an experienced Production Support Analyst to join a leading banking client in Downtown Toronto on a 12-month contract (with strong potential for extension)!

📍 Location: 150 King St. W | Hybrid (2 days onsite)
📆 Duration: 12 months | Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
💰 Rate: Up to $70/hr
📞 Interview Process: 2 Zoom rounds

This role is part of the MSS Finance Canada team, supporting critical Tier 1 & Tier 2 financial applications. You’ll help maintain system stability, drive incident resolution, and optimize performance within a globally distributed team.

🔧 Must-Have Skills:
✔ 5+ years’ experience in SQL Server & Oracle
✔ Strong PL/SQL and UNIX scripting experience
✔ Hands-on with JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Confluence
✔ Comfortable with shift operations & on-call support
✔ Experience working with large datasets in banking/reporting environments
✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written)

💡 Nice to Have:
– Dotnet & Angular exposure
– Shell scripting, Connect Direct
– Understanding of Microservices, Trade Lifecycle, or Product Control
– Familiarity with Control-M or Choreographer for batch processing
