Title: Product Manager – Intermediate
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 10-12 Months with Possible extension
Must Have:
5+ years of Strong BA with Scrum Master Exp.
Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, leading projects and communications.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy conducting discovery work
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and release planning
Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering user-centric products in complex environments
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product
Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned to business priorities
Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
