Product Manager (Contract)
Onsite – Toronto, ON
Open to Canadian Contractors (Public Sector experience required)
Salary: $40 to $65.00 per hour

NORAMTEC is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of IT products in public-sector environments. This role will drive product roadmaps, manage risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Define and manage product roadmaps
Lead Agile (Scrum) delivery with balanced teams
Proactively manage risks, issues & executive reporting
Engage stakeholders and participate in steering committees
Drive change across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live stages

What You Bring:
Strong public sector product management experience
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master is an asset)
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps & collaboration tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills
