We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in performance engineering and testing tools.

🔹 Essential Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, Performance Center, JMeter
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries
• Experience testing web-based and backend legacy applications
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Agile experience is a plus

🔹 Desirable Skills:
• Insurance domain experience
• Guidewire product knowledge
• Strong communication & presentation skills
