Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical expertise, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions

Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft modules (HCM and/or FSCM as applicable)

Configure PeopleSoft modules and develop customizations using PeopleTools

Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, and integrations

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution

Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements

Collaborate with functional users, developers, and infrastructure teams

Prepare technical documentation and support user training as required
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant

Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools

Solid understanding of PeopleSoft functional processes

Experience with SQL, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and BI Publisher

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work on-site in Toronto
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules

Prior experience in large enterprise or public-sector environments

Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Broker)

PeopleSoft upgrade or implementation experience
