We are hiring a Pega Tech Lead with deep expertise in application design, Pega architecture, and stakeholder leadership. The role involves end-to-end implementation, technical guidance, code reviews, and establishing architectural standards for scalable Pega solutions.

Mandatory Skills

11+ years overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Pega
Certified Pega CLSA (Lead System Architect)
Experience with full lifecycle Pega implementations
Strong in application design, enterprise class structure, data modeling
Hands-on with Pega APIs, JavaScript APIs, listeners, and authentication methods (SSO, RBAC, ABAC)
Ability to lead development teams and conduct code reviews
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices
