A leading company is seeking a skilled Organizational Change Manager to support their ongoing IT modernization and business process transformation initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Regina, Saskatchewan, requiring expertise in the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and a collaborative approach to change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to understand project goals and assess the impact of change.
Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, sponsor engagement, training, and resistance management.
Utilize the Prosci/ADKAR methodology to guide stakeholders through transitions.
Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and identify risks and challenges.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation related to change management activities.
Facilitate discussions and deliver training to support change adoption.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Prosci/ADKAR certification.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Regina.
Proven experience delivering organizational change management for enterprise-wide projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Industry knowledge relevant to the organization.
Knowledge of Change Management frameworks.
Experience leading Change Management on IT projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
