Mandatory Requirements:
🎓Prosci / ADKAR certification

Required Experience
✔ 5+ years in Organizational Change Management for large-scale technology initiatives
✔ Strong expertise in modern OCM practices
✔ Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Proven leadership and influencing ability (without direct authority)
✔ High emotional intelligence and problem-solving capability
✔ Understanding of User-Centered Design
✔ Knowledge of Business Architecture principles
