Oracle FDI Developer

Contract

Key Responsibilities

·Design and develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HCM modules
·Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
·Develop and customize subject areas, metrics, and data visualizations in FDI
·Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning of reports
·Integrate HCM data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
·Support enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions
·Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies

·Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
·In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Recruitment, etc.)
·Experience in building dashboards and reports for HR analytics
·Strong understanding of HR KPIs, metrics, and workforce analytics
·Experience with data modeling, SQL, and data validation
·Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualification

·Experience with Oracle OTBI / BI Publisher for HCM reporting

·Exposure to data integration and Oracle Cloud ecosystem

·Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ Years
