Software Engineers (IC3–IC6) | Build Modern SaaS-Style Platforms – Hybrid in Toronto/Mississauga/Etobicoke
We’re looking for Software Engineers at all levels (IC3–IC6) to help build scalable, high-performance software used in real-world, customer-facing environments.
🔥 What you’ll do
Build and scale modern web applications and cloud-native systems
Work with TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET Core, AWS
Design and ship microservices & APIs
Collaborate in fast-moving, product-focused engineering teams
Use AI/GenAI tools to accelerate development and innovation
💡 What we’re looking for
Experience in SaaS / product-based companies preferred
Strong foundation in full-stack or backend engineering
Passion for clean code, scalable systems, and ownership
Familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
Interest in using AI tools in real-world development workflows
📊 Levels hiring
IC3: 3–4 years experience
IC4: 4–6 years experience
IC5: 6–8+ years (architecture + leadership)
IC6: 8–10+ years (technical strategy & cross-team impact)
Salary Range: 120-300k/yr
