Operations Officer III

Hiring: Operations Officer III | Canada

Location:500 Edmonton City Centre East, 10205 101st Street NW, Edmonton (Hybrid):  5 days onsite training for the first 3 months, 4 days on site
Duration: 12-Month Contract ( Conversion and extension possibility)

We are currently hiring **Operations Officers** for a leading banking client in Edmonton.

Pay Range: $25-28/hr INC or $20-22/hr T4 ( Negotiable)
Years of Overall Experience: 3-5 years required

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operational volumes while meeting service timelines
* Perform accurate data entry with a high level of attention to detail
* Follow established policies, procedures, and risk controls
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and business partners
* Escalate issues appropriately and maintain high-quality standards

Must-Have Skills:

* 3+ years of data entry experience
* Basic MS Office skills
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Banking experience
* 3+ years of credit experience
* Bilingual (English/French)
