Operations Manager – Application Support to lead our Oracle Finance systems team. If you’re experienced in Oracle Fusion Financials, OCI, and OIC — and thrive in high-impact environments — we’d love to hear from you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the support and administration of Oracle Fusion Financials and related finance applications
Manage performance, security, and deployment within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Design and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Drive high-performance application support and continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize finance processes and compliance
Lead cross-functional and offshore teams, fostering a culture of trust and accountability
✅ Required Skills:
12+ years’ experience in Oracle Financials application support
Hands-on expertise in OCI (deployment, tuning, resource optimization)
Strong integration experience with OIC
Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP compliance
SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher reporting skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field
⭐ Preferred:
Oracle certifications (Fusion/OCI/OIC)
Experience managing cross-functional or offshore teams
