Network Support Analyst

We’ve got a long-term opportunity for a Network Support Analyst who lives for cables, configs, and clean diagrams. This role is all about hands-on infrastructure support and maintenance for a major client in the utilities sector.

The Opportunity:
Join Focus Systems as a Network Support Analyst (MPLS) supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure and service objects for a key client site. You’ll be responsible for everything from hardware configuration to certified cabling plans and architecture diagrams.

Key Details:
Location: Onsite in Regina, SK
Contract Duration: Approx. 3 years (May 5, 2025 – March 31, 2028), with possible extensions
Schedule: Full-time onsite

Requirements:
✔️ Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP)
✔️ Cisco/Tandberg certifications (TCAP, TCEP)
✔️ Proven continuous improvement mindset
✔️ Strong experience with:
⭐ CISCO hardware configuration & administration
⭐ DWDM/MPLS setup and management
✔️ Familiarity with Azure networking (firewalls, load balancers, etc.)
✔️ Experience with a wide variety of Cisco equipment

You’ll be delivering:
⭐ Certified cabling plans
⭐ Performance and capacity reports
⭐ LAN/WAN asset refresh plans
⭐ Architecture diagrams
⭐ Configuration records and IOS images
