Must Have Skills:
– 10+ years in integration, software, or platform engineering.
– 4+ years of leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
– Proven track record in managing roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery timelines.
– Hands-on expertise with modern integration patterns (APIs, Kafka, microservices, cloud-native).
– Experience leading release management and technical delivery teams.
– Financial planning and budgeting experience for tech teams or platforms.
– Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, Anthos, or AWS EKS.
