✦ ᴍᴜsᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ➡️ Experience working directly with business users to gather, clarify, document, and validate business requirements for technology or AI-enabled solutions. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience delivering AI solutions from discovery through implementation using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies.
✦ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs ✦
✔️ Experience managing requirements for AI-enabled solutions and producing solution documentation (design, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer, user guides)
✔️ Experience designing, building, testing, and implementing AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents, or comparable low-code/no-code AI platforms.
✔️ Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, user testing, and adoption activities
✔️ Experience integrating solutions with M365, Azure Services, Power Platform, enterprise data sources, APIs, & business systems.
✔️ Ideal candidates will have experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft AI Services, plus any experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Custom Connectors, and Environment Governance.
✔️ It is an asset to have experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and agentic development tools.
✔️ Preferred experience includes designing or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers and secure AI agent architectures.
✔️ Microsoft certifications are an asset ( Azure, AI, Power Platform, Security, or Solution Architecture)
