I’m Hiring: Manager, Learning & Development Programs | GTA (Hybrid)
I’m partnering with a leading Canadian retail organization to hire a Manager, Learning & Development Programs – a high-impact role within their Talent function.
This is not a traditional L&D role. The focus is on building and delivering leadership development programs end-to-end, from strategy and design through to facilitation, supporting leaders from manager through to executive level.
What you’ll do:
-Design and deliver enterprise leadership development programs
-Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to build leadership capability
-Lead large-scale initiatives (leadership labs, executive programs, culture initiatives)
-Facilitate sessions with senior leadership audiences
What they’re looking for:
-Strong experience in leadership development (not just training/design support)
-Proven ability to build programs end-to-end
-Strong executive presence and facilitation skills
-Experience in large, complex organizations
📍 GTA (Toronto/Oakville) | Hybrid (4 days onsite)
💰 $120K–$130K + bonus
