Manager, Cloud Engineering and Operations

We’re Hiring a Manager, Cloud Engineering and Operations for a large fintech organization!

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Director, Cloud Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering
As our Manager, Cloud Engineering and Operations, you’ll:
-Lead a team of system engineers managing 24/7 cloud operations
-Collaborate with business, architecture & development teams to drive cloud innovation
-Provide technical leadership on escalations, ensuring minimal business impact
-Build & nurture high-performing teams with a culture of collaboration & agility
-Champion modern DevOps & Agile practices to transform cloud operations

What You Bring:
-5+ years of experience leading Cloud Engineering, Operations, or DevOps/SRE teams
-Hands-on expertise with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions
-A strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
-Excellent communication & leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams
-Experience with payment systems and merchant acquiring is a huge plus!
